Shareholders

The shareholders of a company are the people who own it. They are in charge of appointing the director and are entitled to receive the profits of the company. As a matter of course we will generally issue 120 ordinary $1.00 shares for a private company unless given other specific instructions.

Addresses

ASIC require us to list a business address and a registered address for your company. Your business adress is where your company actually trades (usually your shop, office or home). Your registered address is where ASIC can send important documents. Generally companies for our clients will use our office as their registed address.
